In Australia, a road rage incident captured on video has led to the arrest of a man with a rat-tail hairdo. The scene, filmed in Clayton, Melbourne, shows the man rushing out of his car to threaten another driver. After a verbal and physical altercation, he fled on foot, even abandoning his vehicle and passenger. Following his escape, Victoria Police reported that the 22-year-old turned himself in and faces several charges. His court appearance is scheduled for February 6, 2024.
