This tank is suddenly warping, but no one seems to notice

In surveillance footage, a tank container suddenly collapses twice during an unloading operation, caused by internal vacuum pressure. The driver, who was walking right next to it at the time of the first collapse, does not seem to notice anything at all, despite the metal structure being visibly crushed.
