This man was subdued after setting fire to the building's entrance

In New York City, a man started a fire in front of the federal building at 26 Federal Plaza, which houses offices of the FBI and the immigration agency ICE, among others. He poured a flammable liquid on the steps, set off fireworks, and fired several rounds from airsoft guns before being subdued by a security guard.
