In Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture, a dashcam captured an accident that was as absurd as it was shocking: a motorcyclist rear-ended a car while literally riding with his head turned backward. The group of several motorcycles then fled the scene without stopping, leaving the female driver alone to deal with the damage.
