United States: Caught Using a Fake Penis to Cheat on a Urine Test

In the United States, a man was on his way to a mandatory urine test as part of his probation, but was arrested along the way for driving with a suspended license. Officers discover that he is carrying a rigged device containing fake urine and a fake penis to cheat on the test. He attempts to dispose of it in the police car while the camera is rolling.
