He jumps into a canal in Amsterdam to escape the police… and can't swim

In Amsterdam, the Netherlands, plainclothes police officers were following a man suspected of suspicious activity near Prins Hendrikkade, not far from Central Station. When the officers approached, he panicked and jumped into the canal. Unable to swim, he struggled in the water. A boat captain passing by kept him afloat until the police arrived and arrested him. A bag of small white pellets was found floating in the canal.
