In the United States, two NYPD police officers find themselves in trouble when faced with a suspect who is strongly resisting arrest on a street in Brooklyn. Despite several attempts, they are unable to pin him to the ground. A passerby finally intervenes and helps them subdue the man. A jiu-jitsu instructor points out their lack of technique: too much brute force, not enough leverage and joint control.
