Stolen Honda stopped after two collisions: passenger bitten by police dog

A stolen Honda refuses to stop and speeds down the highway at 193 km/h. Despite a tire punctured by spike strips, the driver continues. The police vehicle hits the rear of the car twice before bringing it to a halt. The driver surrenders, but the passenger, Tyloine Reddick, resists. The cops pin him to the ground and release the police dog, which bites him in the leg.
