Colombian motorcyclist trapped but not entirely defeated

A quick robbery on a remote road in Colombia: thieves block a motorcyclist and make off with his bag, phone, and motorcycle in a matter of seconds. Except that the victim had planned for this with a second phone, a local habit to avoid losing everything. By tracking his bike's GPS with this second device, he was able to find it—the thieves abandoned it when they realized they were being geolocated. The result: the motorcycle was saved, even if the rest was gone.
