A man approaches a student from behind and violently assaults her

James Rizzo, 45, was arrested after violently assaulting NYU student Amelia Lewis in midtown Manhattan. Cameras show him discreetly approaching her from behind before striking her on the buttocks and brutally throwing her to the ground. The suspect already had 16 arrests to his credit and was known on campus for assaulting several young women.
