Teenagers were filmed by a surveillance camera setting fire to a car before fleeing, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.The owner of the Ring camera shared the images commenting, "This was captured on my camera last night, kids burning cars. Thank God they didn't go after my Mercedes. "The images show the suspects lighting the fire and then quickly leaving the scene.
