A pho restaurant in California has temporarily closed after a video circulated showing an employee handling frozen meat in a clearly dubious manner behind the establishment. He can be seen throwing chunks of ribs onto cardboard on the floor, then onto the asphalt, sometimes into a puddle of dirty water near a trash compactor. The video, filmed from a rooftop, quickly went viral on TikTok and created quite a local controversy. A sign on the door confirms the closure "due to an incident involving an employee".
