TikTokkeur drives like a madman and films himself live, the police are not slow to stop him

In Ypenburg (Netherlands), a TikTokkeur filmed himself driving at 100 km/h on a road with a 50 km/h speed limit. During the live broadcast, he left the doors open, set off fireworks and fired an electric water pistol (??) at passers-by. The police quickly spot the video and activate the RTIC (Real Time Intelligence Center) to guide officers on the ground. A motorcyclist follows, and colleagues block the car. The driver hands over the keys without resisting. He has lost his license and will have to answer in court.
