They find a mine and throw it into the water to fish

This video is circulating everywhere at the moment. It shows men walking around with a mine. The mine was either found in a field or pulled out of thewater. Normally, you'd call the police. They arm it and throw it into the water. It explodes for real. The result: lots of stunned fish floating around, easy to pick up.
