A magnitude 8.7 earthquake off Russia's Kamchatka Peninsula triggered a tsunami that reached the town of Severo-Kurilsk in Sakhalin Oblast. On the video, the water can be clearly seen advancing some 420 meters inland. No comment on damage or injuries.
