A motorcyclist and his passenger flee after colliding with a car

A motorcyclist on Route 201 in Tagawa, Fukuoka Prefecture. He collides with a small car. For some unexplained reason (theft?), he and his colleague drive off without stopping. The scene takes place in front of a gas station known locally as "Tagawa General". Several people are there, as if it were a show. The video was filmed on Saturday, July 12.
