Two thieves think they're preying on a weakling in the street

Two motorcycle thieves stop thinking they're robbing a woman. In fact, it was a man with long 80s rock hair. The passenger gets off and tries to rob the woman, but the man resists and tackles him to the ground. A cab driver passes by, notices the scene, gets out straight away and helps neutralize the thief. The motorcycle driver, on the other hand, prefers to flee. The robbery is short-lived. The thief is immobilized on the ground, visibly stunned, while the cab driver calls for help or the police.
