Security guard glued to TikTok during a robbery at Target

A security guard at Target in Brooklyn is filmed scrolling through TikTok while the store is being robbed in the middle of the day. He's standing not far from the entrance, totally engrossed in his phone. Meanwhile, someone leaves with what look like expensive items. No one stops them, neither he nor another employee. We don't even see him look up.
