A man, apparently gay, allegedly complimented another man, finding him cute. The scene takes place on the street, in broad daylight. Immediately after the compliment, the black man pulls out a paintball gun and shoots him several times. The victim doesn't shoot back, but steps back and raises his hands, clearly taken by surprise. The shooter seems to be taking it lightly, almost as a joke. The video stops after a few seconds, with no indication of what happens next.
