A woman chases another down a Baltimore street, gun in hand. The scene was filmed with a telephone. According to a witness, the woman grabbed her purse, ran after the other woman and shot her on the sidewalk. The victim, 31-year-old Shy'Keema Turner, was taken to hospital but did not survive. All around, people shouted, filmed, cheered, but no one came to help. According to a witness, it all started because of a boy. The police have seen the video and are investigating who was involved.
