Young woman attacked by a pack of stray dogs in India

In the Indian town of Alwar, an 18-year-old woman was taking a leisurely walk and making a phone call when a dozen stray dogs attacked her by surprise. Panicked, she screamed and tried to flee, but the dogs surrounded her and pushed her against a wall. Alerted by the howling, two women tried to intervene, one on a scooter. The victim was bitten several times and dragged to the ground before several residents managed to chase the dogs away. This type of attack is becoming increasingly frequent in India.
