Driver plows into luxury cars before being subdued

In Holmogorovka, a man driving a black Ford Mustang crashed into several parked luxury cars. A witness described how she saw the vehicle arrive at full speed, seemingly out of control, but without slowing down. It eventually hit a Mercedes G-Class before coming to a halt. Passers-by reacted quickly: one of them sprayed him with snowballs, forcing him to get out. He was immobilized, appearing disorientated. His journey ended near a slope where children often play. The police quickly arrested him.
