A large section of the Santa Cruz wharf in California collapsed into the ocean, taking several people with it. Two workers had to be rescued by lifeguards, while a third was able to swim to shore. Two were hospitalized. The National Weather Service Bay Area advises locals to stay away from the ocean, warning of possible waves of up to 60 feet.
