Appalling collision between an Indian Navy speedboat and a ferry, 13 dead

An Indian Navy speedboat lost control and collided with a ferry off Mumbai, killing 13 people. Four naval helicopters, 11 ships and four police boats rescued almost 100 people. The accident was caused by an 'engine failure' during testing of the speedboat. Among the victims were a member of the navy and two representatives of the equipment manufacturer carrying out the tests. Two seriously injured are in the naval hospital.
