An electric car in China has been involved in a serious accident, filmed by an on-board camera. The incident took place in Zhuzhou, Hunan province, where the vehicle accelerated to 92 km/h after an initial collision. The vehicle then collided with several motorcycles, causing a heavy toll of 6 deaths and 7 injuries. System problem or driver error?
