The story takes place in Seattle, at the Taste of Heaven Espresso café, owned by 23-year-old Emma Lee. A disgruntled customer, complaining about his coffee and water, threw his drinks at the bikini-clad waitress. In a defensive reaction, the young woman grabbed a hammer and aimed it at the customer's car. Speaking on Instagram, Emma reminds us that waitresses work alone, in minimal attire, interacting with men throughout the day. While most are respectful, some become verbally or physically abusive. This customer had shown aggression before, but this was the first time he'd been violent towards her.
