In St. Petersburg, following a deadly terrorist attack in a Moscow-area concert hall, the authorities are reported to have carried out a vast operation to deport migrants. In one day, more than 64 foreigners were deported. Temporary detention centers were saturated, as migrants were taken to the airport. These actions follow a terrorist act perpetrated by Tajik nationals, claimed by ISIS-K. Russia blames radical Islamists, Ukraine and its Western allies for the tragedy.
