In the early hours of 2017, Barry Baker mocked a disabled man with cerebral palsy outside a 7-11 in West Chester before punching him in the face. For this assault, Baker was sentenced to a prison term. On his release from prison in April 2023, Baker was killed while fleeing from police on a stolen motorcycle.
