He drops a man on the subway tracks before a train arrives

In a tragic incident in Philadelphia, a man was pushed onto the subway tracks and killed by an oncoming train. It happened on the SEPTA platform, where two men were fighting. One of them hit the other, causing him to fall to the tracks. Shortly afterwards, the train hit him. The man who delivered the blows has been arrested, but it is not known whether he will be charged. Both men were homeless and known to SEPTA police as frequent subway users.
