In New York, a man tried to elude the police by driving his scooter into a bike path. The chase, which would have made an excellent episode of "Chips", took place in Brooklyn, near the Verrazzano Bridge. After refusing to stop, the young man attempted a getaway on the boardwalk. Unfortunately, his escape was stopped short by a metal obstacle. The boy attempted a final escape on foot before being tackled to the ground by two police officers.
