Tolland, a small town in Connecticut in the United States, was the scene of violence after 100 people blocked Route 195 to perform motorized rodeos and other stunts. As this video shows, the individuals besieged and vandalized a woman's car, leaving her speechless, and reportedly even blocked the path of an ambulance.
