Germany: Fire Forces High-Risk Rescue Operation in Berlin

A terrifying scene was captured on video in Berlin, Germany: During a fire in a 21-story building in the Friedrichshain neighborhood, a woman trapped on the 11th floor had to jump into the void to land in the rescue basket, since there was no ladder tall enough to reach her. Despite the panic and the wind rocking the rescue platform, the rescue was successful with no fatalities.
