China: Landslide Buries Buildings in Chongqing

A major landslide struck Pengshui District in Chongqing Municipality, China, on Friday morning, burying several residential buildings along the Wujiang River. According to the latest reports, at least 8 people have died and 34 others remain missing. More than 800 rescue workers have been deployed to the scene to search for possible survivors under the rubble.
