Dallas: He breaks free from his handcuffs and steals the police vehicle with an officer trapped inside

Dashcam footage from a Dallas police vehicle shows a handcuffed suspect quietly freeing himself, waiting for the officers to get out, and grabbing the steering wheel. He drives at full speed down the highway with a police officer being thrown around in the back seat. The suspect eventually jumps out of the moving car and is found unconscious.
