A driver, filmed shirtless and covered in blood and glass shards, shows the damage after a deer smashed through his windshield at high speed on a country road. The animal, which burst out of a ditch with tall grass, ended up inside the car. The driver miraculously escaped with only minor injuries and accused local authorities of negligence.
