ATM explosion in the Netherlands: Local residents take matters into their own hands to track down the suspects

In Drachten, the Netherlands, following an explosion at an ATM, local residents immediately gave chase to the criminals as they attempted to flee on a scooter. According to witnesses, some residents even struck the suspects, causing one of them to nearly fall off the scooter.
