He locks himself in his car at a car shop; the police pull out a Taser

In the Netherlands, a customer refused to pay a tuning shop’s bill after an argument over the price of LED lighting. He locked himself in his car and called the police, claiming he was being held hostage. New footage shows police officers pointing a Taser at him to get him out, while the customer threatened to stab an employee in the neck with a screwdriver.
