Motorcycle narrowly escapes: Drunk driver chases it on the sidewalk in Spokane, Washington

In Spokane, Washington, a 56-year-old woman driving under the influence drove her car onto the sidewalk and gave chase to a motorcycle. The rider managed to escape unharmed. Wendy Clemente then fled the scene, attempted to break into a house a mile away, and eventually struck a police officer during her arrest.
