California: Truck driver steps in to do the police's job

On the 91 Freeway near Los Angeles, California, United States, a driver was fleeing from the California Highway Patrol in a black Hyundai. A truck driver spontaneously intervened and forced the car against the guardrail, ripping off the door in the process. The police immediately surrounded the immobilized vehicle. The suspect was arrested without significant resistance.
