In Jeonju, South Korea, a Chinese restaurant exploded due to a propane gas leak on the very day it opened. The blast damaged more than 100 apartments, 16 nearby businesses, and 90 vehicles. Fifteen people were injured, eight of whom were hospitalized, but no serious injuries were reported.
