Miami: A police stop that got out of hand, caught on video in the middle of the street

In Miami, Florida, a shirtless man acting erratically was apprehended by police outside a hotel on Biscayne Boulevard. Neither a Taser nor pepper spray was enough to stop him: he got back up each time and continued to advance toward the officers. A female officer eventually opened fire. The man was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. One officer was also injured.
