Racketeering in Alès: family says no, their Turkish restaurant is burned down

In Alès, in the Gard department, a Turkish restaurant was completely destroyed by arson in the middle of the night. The family who owned the restaurant had refused to pay €50,000 demanded by a group calling itself the "DZ Mafia." Their refusal cost them their livelihood, which was reduced to ashes in retaliation.
