A pyromaniac known to the police completely botched his plan. Surveillance footage shows him dousing a luxury SUV with a jerry can of gasoline before setting it alight with a lighter. Except that he immediately catches fire himself—his clothes go up in flames. He runs away screaming, desperately beating himself to extinguish the flames consuming him. A chaotic scene filmed live. The authorities arrested him shortly afterwards.
