Netherlands: He arrests a woman and hits the one filming, the video goes viral

A video from Utrecht, Netherlands, is causing a stir online: an officer stops a woman while her friend films everything from a distance. Although she does not appear to be directly interfering with the intervention, the officer turns around and kicks her before drawing his baton. It is impossible to know what triggered the initial arrest. The police have not yet made any official statement.
