Japan: a man calms two drunken troublemakers... with just one hand

In front of Kokura station in Kitakyushu (north of Kyushu island, Japan), two tattooed guys are messing around after getting drunk. An older guy comes along and decides to teach them a lesson. The crazy thing? He holds a pole with a 360 camera in his right hand and knocks them down with just his left. A few well-placed slaps and the two guys calm down.
