The Brazilian version of the Statue of Liberty didn't last long. Installed in front of a Havan store near Porto Alegre, this 24-meter copy literally went down in severe weather. Gusts of wind in excess of 90 km/h took its toll. The monument fell in the middle of a parking lot, brushing against a car. There were no injuries, but the company will have to rethink its decor.
