Bondi Beach, Australia: four police officers did nothing during the terrorist attack

During the Bondi Beach terrorist attack in Australia, which left at least 11 people dead, witnesses accuse the police of having completely panicked. One man refused to take cover and pointed at the terrorists as they fired.
