"Wesh wesh" Youths block municipal police officers in Saint-Nazaire

Some young people blocked police officers in Saint-Nazaire by talking to them in a rather provocative way. They prevented the car from passing, chatting amongst themselves and taking their time. The officers remained in place for a few moments before the group finally moved aside. The exchange goes no further, but the attitude creates a real moment of tension.
