Woman attacked and threatened because of her dog in Turkey

An American woman was walking her dog at dusk on a promenade in Alanya, Turkey, when a man harassed her. He ignored her requests to leave, threw dirt at her, spat in her face and tried to hit the dog. The scene, filmed in front of theBella Bravo hotel, lasted over a minute. The man even went so far as to mimic a throat-cutting gesture, threatening to kill the animal. The video sparked a strong local reaction and calls for his arrest.
