Bell 222 helicopter crashes on landing in California

A Bell 222 helicopter crashed in Huntington Beach, California, while attempting to land in a parking lot at an event. The video shows the helicopter beginning to spin on itself, followed by a thud just before pieces of the tail rotor break off and are thrown about. Shortly afterwards, the helicopter loses control and crashes hard to the ground. Further images confirm that the helicopter was attempting an approach manoeuvre towards the parking lot before the fatal loss of stability. There were no injuries.
